Stags Leap District's Volcanic Soils Yield Exceptional Wines, Solidifying Napa's Global Reputation
Nova’s latest project involves producing a Cabernet Sauvignon from a vineyard in Stags Leap District of Napa, California. The 2018 Fiadh Ruadh Cabernet Sauvignon is intensely flavored with black cherry, dark chocolate, and strawberry fruit leather aromas, and a palate of red currants, black tea, dusty sage, and brambly blackberries. It aged for 22 months in 100% new French oak barrels from the Taransaud cooperage.
Elevating tradition, embracing interpretation: Fiadh Ruadh wines tell a story in every sip
